This page explains what information Five Summit Social collects, why, and how it's used. This is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for legal advice.
When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email, business name, and whatever you write in the message field. This is used only to follow up about your inquiry.
If you become a client and create an account, we collect your email, business name, phone number, brand colors and font preferences, logo and brand files you upload, notes you leave, and any content or messages exchanged through your client portal.
Your information is used to provide our social media management services: creating content, scheduling posts, communicating with you, and managing your account. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Client account data is stored securely with Supabase, a third-party database provider. Payment information is handled entirely by Wave, a separate payment platform, we never see or store your card or bank details ourselves. Contracts are handled through DocuSign.
Photos, videos, and files you upload to your account are stored securely and only accessible to you and Five Summit Social.
This site may use Google Analytics to understand overall visitor traffic. This does not identify you personally.
